According to German Sky Sports, Hoylen was recommended to Bayern and was rejected.

Hoylen joined Manchester United from Atlanta for a transfer fee of about €78 million in the summer of 2023, but his time with the Red Devils may be over soon. As Manchester United recently signed Sesco from RB Leipzig for up to €85 million, Hoylen is no longer important at Manchester United.
