Speaking of competitors in the new season, Edwards said: "I think the Nuggets will perform very well. It will be terrible to match Jokic with good shooters. So we shouldn't just focus on the Thunder."

Last season, the Timberwolves lost to the Thunder 1-4 in the West Finals, and in the regular season, the Timberwolves swept the Nuggets 4-0.
