Michael McCann, a visiting professor at Harvard Law School, believes that the NBA will not determine any misconduct by the Clippers unless there is reliable evidence to prove that these things are related.

"If there is a proven link between Dennis J. Wong's payment and the receipt of the small card, then the problem is big.
