Wade criticized some fans: Don t think that you ll understand the NBA after watching a few games. That s not respecting this sport

In the latest Wy Network podcast, former Heat star Wade criticized some fans because these fans thought they understood the NBA very well after watching a few games.

Wade reminded fans on his podcast show Wy Network that there is a "disconnect" between them and professional players. He said: "This is the gap between fans and players. You think you understand basketball, but in fact your understanding of the sport is very disrespectful. I want to point this out clearly here."

Wade said that most NBA fans have never experienced the pressure of playing in the spotlight and in full view of the public. "If I were live, I would say, 'You fans, don't disrespect the sport anymore. You only smell the scent of popcorn, eat popcorn, but don't know what it feels like to play at this time.'"

Wade has been suffering from knee injuries throughout his 16-year career, especially in his last season. He won three championships with the Heat and ended his career with 22.0 points, 5.4 assists, 4.7 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game.
