From the football field to the financial world, Marca: The former La Liga player officially joined the private bank A&G

According to "Marca" reports, former Athletic Bilbao and Leganes player Javier Erasso entered the financial world after retiring. He recently officially joined the private bank A&G.

The financial institution announced the news on Thursday. Errasso has performed well in his career, playing 90 times in La Liga and more than 100 times in La Liga. While playing for Leganes, he also served as captain and received a special tribute from the club president in his farewell match in May 2022.

In addition to his performance on the court, Errasso has always been very concerned about his future. He has completed several finance courses, including the Certificate in Financial Advisor (CAF) from AFI Global Education, the European Financial Planner (EFP) certification from the Institute of International Finance, and the MBA in Sports Entity Management from IESPORT.

Now, he applies this knowledge to his new professional role. His former teammate Marc Beltran welcomed his arrival: "We are very pleased. Understanding the unique needs of each client is crucial to providing appropriate advice, and who can understand the needs of athletes better than a former professional athlete? With appropriate training and support, we can provide the best service to this group." Founded in 1987, A&G is one of Spain's leading independent private banks, with 11 offices and more than 16 billion euros in assets under management as of September last year. The group also has asset management companies in Spain and Luxembourg. Previously, they had brought in Beltran, who focuses on working with athletes, and now they have welcomed the addition of Erasso.
