Telegraph: Manchester United expects to win the battle for Sesco, they have the ability to meet fiscal rules

The Daily Telegraph reported that Leipzig striker Sesco has expressed his willingness to join Manchester United, while Newcastle is at risk of missing important summer transfer goals again.
