Today NBA star O'Neal talked about his current physical condition on the famous actor and host Rob Lowe's podcast "Literally! with Rob Lowe".

O'Neal said: "I still go to the gym occasionally to practice and play basketball, but I obviously feel that my body is not as good as before. It would be great if I could return to the previous state. I hope to continue to maintain that sense of strength, but now it is more difficult for me to dunk."

O'Neal is 53 years old this year.
