Talking about the mini training camp he organized in Arizona before the Clippers training camp started, Harden said: "This mini camp is more prepared for veterans  —  people like John Collins, Dalow, Paul, Bill. The main thing is to get everyone together, and more communication is the key. The more time you spend off the court and the more familiar you are with each other, the more tacit cooperation you will be on the court. This off-court connection can be transformed into performance. I think this is a good start for our subsequent team running-in."
