Durant was sent to the Rockets in a seven-party deal.

Durant played in a total of 145 regular season games during his time with the Suns, averaging 26.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 0.8 steals and 1.2 blocks, shooting percentage of 52.7%, three-point shooting percentage of 42.7%, and free throw shooting percentage of 84.7%.

Durant played 15 games for the Suns in the playoffs, averaging 28.4 points, 8.1 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 0.7 steals and 1.4 blocks, shooting percentage of 49.5%, three-point shooting percentage of 34.9%, and free throw shooting percentage of 89.2%.
