Romano: Former Juventus and Italy assistant coach Gagliardi joins Iran team as assistant coach
Romano reported that Gagliardi (pictured above, left), the former assistant coach of Juventus and the Italian national team, has joined the coaching staff of the Iranian national team as an assistant coach to prepare for the 2026 World Cup. After this event, he is ready to take the first step in his coaching career as a head coach. Gagliardi is 42 years old. He previously served as Juventus technical coach, chief analyst of the Italian national team, Parma assistant coach, and technical coach of the Saudi national team.
